Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was lovely! The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a beautiful view of the Zocalo from the great balconies. The staff was extremely helpful, especially when I had trouble booking a flight. The location was perfect, putting me right in the heart of everything, near the plaza. The dining experience was only average, but overall, it was a great experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although spacious and clean, lacked some advertised amenities like a fridge and microwave. The service was friendly and helpful, yet noise from outside could be heard in the room. The location was excellent, centrally situated in Veracruz, offering easy access to various attractions. The dining options were only average, and pricing was a bit of a disappointment.
The hotel's location is fantastic, overlooking the main square and facing the Zocalo and cathedral, putting us right in the heart of everything. The rooms were a bit small and stark with a very strong cleaning deodorant smell, which was a downside after noticing it on Booking. The service was friendly, but at times could be unpleasant and snooty. The price was similar to a competitor with a more amazing service experience. The dining was only average, and the room overlooked the restaurant, which was not ideal. It was just a couple blocks from the malecon, making it convenient for our visit to Veracruz during Carnaval.
